Este direito, garantido pelo n.\u00ba 2 do Artigo 131.\u00ba do C\u00f3digo do Trabalho, deve ser assegurado pelo empregador, seja atrav\u00e9s de forma\u00e7\u00f5es internas, entidades certificadas ou estabelecimentos de ensino reconhecidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas o que conta como <\/span><b>forma\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Qualquer a\u00e7\u00e3o formativa que qualifique o trabalhador para as suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, de acordo com o artigo 131.\u00ba do C\u00f3digo do Trabalho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neste relat\u00f3rio, os empregadores devem incluir:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o realizada.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Qual o objetivo do Anexo C<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O objetivo deste anexo \u00e9 reportar informa\u00e7\u00f5es detalhadas sobre a <\/span><b>forma\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> realizada pelos trabalhadores durante o ano de refer\u00eancia. Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Entidade Empregadora<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indica\u00e7\u00e3o se existiram trabalhadores ao servi\u00e7o em algum per\u00edodo do ano de refer\u00eancia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f3digo de Atividade Econ\u00f3mica (CAE) principal da entidade empregadora em 31 de dezembro, considerando a atividade com maior relev\u00e2ncia econ\u00f3mica ou n\u00famero de trabalhadores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2. Dados sobre a Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Cont\u00ednua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores que participaram nas forma\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas no ano;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entidade formadora, especificando se foi interna (pela pr\u00f3pria empresa), externa (por empresas privadas, IEFP, associa\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais ou patronais, universidades, etc.), ou outra reconhecida;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o\/diploma emitido pela forma\u00e7\u00e3o (se aplic\u00e1vel);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00edvel de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o da forma\u00e7\u00e3o, especificando se foi adequada para as fun\u00e7\u00f5es desempenhadas pelos trabalhadores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3. Horas e Temas de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00famero total de horas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o realizadas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temas ou conte\u00fados abordados durante as forma\u00e7\u00f5es, com foco na sua relev\u00e2ncia para as fun\u00e7\u00f5es desempenhadas pelos trabalhadores.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>4.
